The Settlement Council of Australia is partnering with Lifeline Australia to deliver a Settlement DV-alert workshop in Hobart on 10 and 11 April from 9am to 5pm at 33-38 Innovation Drive, Dowsing PointThe Settlement Domestic Violence-alert aims to build the capacity of settlement workers to support new arrival communities that are experiencing Domestic Family Violence, and differs from the Multicultural Stream as it covers issues identified as specific to refugee background communities, as opposed to more broadly to migrant and CALD communities. It is therefore of vital importance to those working in the settlement sector
