Helping older people find aged care options

The Federal Minister for Aged Care, Ken Wyatt, has launched a national awareness campaign promoting the Australian Government’s My Aged Care website and a national 1800 phone line.

To assist in promoting greater awareness of aged care options for older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and their families and carers, we've developed a range of resources for organisations and service providers to share through their networks via email, on their websites, or through newsletters and e-newsletters.

Open:

  • an article (short and long versions provided) promoting the support available for older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
  • a fact sheet providing key information about My Aged Care and access to aged care support

Fact sheets and brochures on My Aged Care available in:

  • Arabic
  • Chinese
  • Polish
  • Spanish
  • Greek
  • Italian
  • Vietnamese
  • Korean
  • Serbian
  • Croatian
