The Diverse Leadership Program is created for Tasmanians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who are ready to step into leadership and management positions.
The Diverse Leadership Program aims to support our vision of a Tasmanian workforce that is a reflection of the diverse communities in which we live, with cultural diversity represented at all levels of Tasmanian organisations and businesses.
