The Public Information Unit (PIU) has recently launched a new translated resources hub on the Coronavirus website, called My Language Portal
The webpage features resources in 13 languages, with easy-to-read and Auslan formats also available.
This webpage is a work in progress and the PIU will continue to improve and add to the portal. For example, resources in Bislama, Tetum, Tongan and Samoan will soon be available to support our seasonal workers.
The PIU has implemented the Google Translate function so that a person can navigate the page in their language. If their language is not there, they can click through to the Australian Government COVID-19 translated resources portal.
