Safe from the Start Training

The Safe from the Start project was initiated by The Salvation Army, in partnership with two universities (University of Tasmania and Swinburne, Victoria) and women's domestic violence services. The project aim was to identify the impact witnessing domestic violence has on young children, how services and parents could better support children who had been exposed to domestic or family violence and how the community could become more aware of the possible impact on children.
