End Date Jun 23, 2017 3:00 pm

Description

Bicultural Community Health Program (BCHP) and the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) group Hobart are offering a Peaceful Pathways Workshop from at the Hopkins Street Centre (former Moonah Arts Centre).  Each day will run from 9am to 3pm and attendance for the full three day workshop is required.

AVP is a process that builds community and trust to tackle violence at a community level, in a safe way and looking at individual skills and responsibilities.  BCHP is using the process as a way to bring community wellbeing amongst newly-arrived peoples, following exposure to state but also community and family violence, as well as racism and other manifestations
