Marcus Azon, a singer songwriter who was a member of the international band Jinja Safari, is interested in collaborating with local musicians and storytellers who are migrants and refugees. He hopes to make a CD of songs with a diverse range of collaborating musicians and ethnic musical styles
Marcus collaborated on a similar project with Ethiopian musician Knife Geshu in Melbourne, with the support of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. That project was 'The Key Of Sea' .
If you would like to participate in this project, as a musician, singer or story teller, please contact Andrea via email abreen@mrchobart.org.au
